ORGASM COUPLE - Episode 3-17
It was the 1970's and Steve Bodansky walked up to his future wife Vera with the intention to "do her." At the time, they were both living in an experimental sexual institute and to "do" somebody meant to "give them an orgasm." And what an orgasm it was. Over twenty years later, the Bodanskys now teach couples how to have extended massive orgasms that last over an hour.
Vera, who was born in Belgrade in 1935, seems to have actually been born into the study of female sexual pleasure. She was always orgasmic from the time she was a young woman and both times she gave birth to her two sets of twins (only a year apart), she experienced a "very strong orgasm."
"After the babies came out," says Vera, "I continued to have contractions and a very, very strong orgasmic experience."
Her intellectual and sexual curiosity was whet (or in Freudian terms "was wet") and Vera began her lifelong quest to study sexuality, sensuality and all things pleasurable. Five years after her twins were born, she passed a "three-hour orgasm test" in which she was required to be up on a table in front of five professors while she climaxed for three and a half hours. If she had any doubts about what she wanted to do with her life before this momentous event, they were gone now.
Vera received a doctorate in the philosophy of sensuality from More University, a formerly accredited institution in northern California and has conducted one-hour orgasm demonstrations to eager students since 1980. In 1987, after Steve "did her," she began to teach these courses with her husband.
But, of course, the comic highlight of the story is when we take you into the privacy of the Bodansky bedroom where they are teaching an older couple the fine art of "doing."
The whole situation is just so "not sexy." Victor, who looks about 65, has his leg over his wife Sandy and while he is manually stimulating her, Steve Bodansky is peering between her legs and giving him advice. "Yeah, that's it," he says soothingly.
But Victor already knows his stuff. "You've got to get on the spot," he croons, "underneath the hood on the upper left."
It seems that the "upper left quadrant of the clitoris," is the capital "P" "Pleasure spot." Sandy likes the pressure on "the spot" and is groaning and moaning ecstatically. Vera smiles broadly, unable to contain her pride. No more "crotch sneeze" here - Sandy is about to enter the one-hour orgasm club.
Many of us, however, are not in the club. Most of us have a "mere" 19 to 28 second orgasm, and while women can have multiple orgasms, it's not the norm. Honestly, to me, it's a question of what words you use to describe "orgasm." It is possible to feel intense sexual pleasure for a very long time - but is this called an orgasm? More than likely, the Bodanskys are intensifying and prolonging this wonderful period that comes right before orgasm.
It's all about losing control and abandoning yourself to ecstasy but it definitely takes a special person who can lose themselves so completely while a bunch of people stare in between your legs and either take notes, or give advice.
Scoff if you must, but the art of "doing" takes practice - and if a wonderful, awesome and intense orgasm is the end result…. all the power to the Bodanskys. The couple clearly says, "we're not looking for fame, we're only looking for people who want pleasure and to teach them what we know."
And at your last quivering moan and gasp, the "orgasm couple" will surely light your cigarette.
